RE-INTRODUCING KING HENRY! King Henry was the first dog that traveled to us from PR. He was deliberately abused there and had awful burns all over his face and head. He was adopted out and change in household dynamics didn’t adjust well with Henry. A family member of the adopters had planned to take him but that fell through and he is back with us. Henry enjoyed some time today with our rockstar Sunday walking crew.
He’s known by us as the King of Hearts! He has a heart patch on his side, his whole head resembles a heart as well as his nose! Henry is a good boy but it does take time for new men to earn his trust. He is excellent with all the crew members and has been on his best behavior with us! He just needs a structured and consistent environment to be the best pup he can be! Consider fostering or adopting KING HENRY.
Some dogs need someone who can give them a second chance. Their past may not have been so bright and at some point these babes, reacted in a way, that resulted in a bite. That doesn’t mean they aren’t a good dog and can’t have total success in the right home with the right owner! We strongly believe every dog deserves the opportunity to love their best life in a home! Potential applicants in certain cases would need an interview beforehand.
