Blanco

Outside the refuge in Peru, there was a lot of noise.  Dogs were chasing another dog because she was in heat.  They noticed a lot of blood on the ground and followed it to this male dog.  Blanco.  He was bleeding profusely from his penis. Karina and rescuers took him back to give him shelter because he would have died in the street.  Karina asked NYBC for help because he will need extensive medical and treatment.  We have committed to Blanco and will update after we receive more info.  He seems to have multiple ruptured tumors on his genitals.  Please help us help Blanco.
