Our Texas Crew was contacted by a shelter out of Dallas concerning an owner surrender case where the dog is in bad condition. His skin is swollen and tight with hair loss, and one testicle is the size of a tennis ball. He is around 6 years old and had a heavy chain on him. We learned the owners used a fly repellent on him, which caused a chemical reaction.
He is being transported to our vet for evaluation and care.
