This sweet girl was bought by a backyard breeder for one purpose: to produce puppies.
He even called her his “golden girl”… he said she was his “golden ticket”.

Now that she can’t… he’s done with her.

She is suffering from a pyometra, a life-threatening infection of the uterus.

Without emergency surgery RIGHT NOW, she will not survive.

The breeder was warned she could die overnight without surgery.
Instead of approving the life-saving procedure, he took her back home with antibiotics… to let her die.

When told a rescue would take her, he refused to even bring her back to the veterinary hospital.

So we stepped in.

We had to send someone all the way to Queens to pick her up, to save her life.

This is truly a nightmare for this poor dog who did nothing to deserve this.

She is one of these so-called “micro exotic bullies”, bred for profit, not for health, not for life.

But we are here. And we are not letting her die like this.
