Something truly heartbreaking happened this week.
A person walked into a veterinarian hospital in Queens… And dropped off a box with SIX pittie puppies.
Then ran out the door, disappearing before anyone could stop them.
The vet staff tried to chase after the person, but they were gone. Just like that, six innocent lives were abandoned.
Some of the puppies are emaciated, all are confused and scared.
They had nowhere to go, and the hospital didn’t have space to keep them.
So we stepped in.
Even though no one had come forward to foster, we couldn’t leave them behind.
Now, these babies need us more than ever.
They need:
• Spay/neuter surgeries
• Food & vaccines
With 2 males and 4 females, their veterinary costs alone will be over $2,000, and that doesn’t include their day-to-day care.
We cannot do this without your help.
