Scarlett made it out, and now sheโs safe with us, but what she needs most is a loving foster or forever home to truly thrive.
Scarlett is a playful, gentle girl. She may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, her personality shines through. She deserves the chance to grow up surrounded by love, safety, and care, something she has never truly known until now.
