Priscilla & Charley’s Story
We were alerted about a mom and her newborn puppy who were in dire need of help.
Priscilla was found roaming the streets pregnant. She was then picked up by animal control and brought to the shelter, where she gave birth to a little boy named Charley.
X-rays were done to confirm that she had no more puppies stuck inside her.
Heartbreakingly, Priscilla is sick with an upper respiratory infection, which could be deadly for little Charley.
We needed to act fast and get them both out of the shelter to rush them to the veterinarian hospital.
Priscilla doesn’t want to leave Charley’s side; she is so worried for her little boy. Seeing them simply breaks our hearts.
