Drago’s Story
Drago is, a handsome boy who was abandoned at the shelter by his “family.”
The cause of his surrender was that they couldn’t keep him in the apartment. Drago was with them for only six months, and who knows how many times he was let down and abandoned before.
Unfortunately, the stress of the shelter got to Drago, and just like Webber, who we rescued a few months prior, Drago began to be fearful and react in his kennel.
Like many reactive animals, they are given an ultimatum, as they cannot be handled at the shelter.
We knew that we could help Drago overcome his fear.
This isn’t Drago’s fault. We would all be confused if we kept on changing homes over and over until we ended up in a kennel.
Drago is a year and a month old, he loves other dogs and also lived with children.
